Quickbooks
Accounting and bookkeeping are crucial to the daily operation of every type of business, as well as personal finances. Our students learn auditing, bookkeeping and financial managerial accounting, and how to be responsible for the financial records of the organizations, companies, and governments they serve.
Admission Requirements
- Individuals applying for this course are required to interview with an Academic Advisor
- Present proof of education (high school diploma or GED certificate)
- Achieve a passing score on the CSN Basic Skills Test for this particular course
Prerequisites
- Intermediate use of PCs, Microsoft Windows operating system, and touch typing speed of 3000 KSPH or better.
- At least a 60% score on the internal CSN Basics Assessment test.

Graduation
In order to graduate, the student must complete the required hours for the course and turn in a fully completed project with a minimum overall average of 70. Upon satisfactory completion, the student will receive a certificate from CSN .

Setting-up QuickBooks, Setting up the Automated Client Interview, Creating vendors and suppliers, Entering Sales and Purchases, Credits and Refunds, Receiving Payments and Making Deposits, Bank Accounts and Reconciliation, Setting-up Inventory, Customizing Forms and Writing QuickBooks Letters, The Balance Sheet, The Income Statement, The Statement of Cash Flows, QuickBooks Reports, QuickBooks Graphs, QuickBooks Payroll.
